Process
- Coconuts are grown in organic orchards in Bến Tre, using traditional and eco-friendly farming methods.
- Only mature coconuts (10 - 12 months old) are hand-picked by experienced farmers to ensure peak quality.
- After harvest, coconuts are cleaned, shaved, and checked manually to remove dirt and outer husk fibers.
- Each coconut is individually wrapped in a soft foam net to avoid cracking during transportation.
- Coconuts are sorted by size and weight, then packed into durable 5-layer cartons, ready for export.
Cardboard Box Packaging
- Each box contains approximately 13 - 14 kg of fresh coconuts.
- Packed with 9 - 12 coconuts, depending on size and customer request.
- Export-standard 5-ply corrugated carton. Moisture-resistant and eco-friendly.
- Up to 40 days under proper storage conditions (cool and dry).
- Available for weekly shipments by sea or air, depending on destination.
